Policies: Voucher Paisa (Pakistan)

Voucher validity

All vouchers are issued fresh upon verified payment and are intended to be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance, subject to AWS / Pearson VUE systems at redemption. You are responsible for scheduling and sitting your exam before any printed or displayed expiry on the code.

Refund policy

Digital AWS exam voucher codes are treated as non-refundable digital goods under normal circumstances. Once a voucher code is allocated and delivered by email or WhatsApp, no refund is offered, except where mandatory consumer law in Pakistan requires otherwise.

If we fail to deliver any valid code after cleared payment and good-faith cooperation from you, contact us with your payment reference. We will investigate and, where appropriate, replace the code or refund at our discretion.

Support guarantee

While we cannot revive codes that have legitimately expired through no fault of ours after delivery, we provide 100% technical support for problems encountered during registration or redemption (wrong field, portal errors, etc.) so long as you reach out promptly with receipts and screenshots.

Privacy policy

We collect what you submit on verify payment: name, email, WhatsApp number, exam choice, transaction reference, and receipt files. We use this only to verify your AWS exam fee and deliver your voucher.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be stored in email, spreadsheets, or your configured CRM. Receipts may be retained for accounting and disputes. You may request deletion of optional records where that does not conflict with statutory bookkeeping rules.
